FUTURE DEVELOPMENT IN NEWPORT COAST

1. Beginning at the top of the map, PA15 (Planning Area, in blue) is going to be built in what The Irvine Company calls "Township". It will consist of 168 units, in the Trovare tradition, but a notch down in quality. We believe the builder will be Brookfield Homes. As you can see, it will be down slope from Signal Peak, north of Ridge Park Road, facing the Toll Road. A lifetime supply of earplugs goes to the first 100 buyers.
2. The Big Red Dot appearing at the end of Ridge Park Road is the future 10 acre park site.
3. PA's 7&8 will consist 132 homes in the "Cottage" style, to be built by Taylor Woodrow, and 80 homes described as a "SFD Cluster", also by Taylor Woodrow.
4. PA's 5&6 will consist of 73 home sites to be built by Laing, along with 83 more home sites, builder to be determined.
5. In Crystal Cove, the 280 custom lots in PA's 4A and 4B appear to be off the radar for now, and may remain that way until after Shady Canyon in Irvine is completed. It is another huge project behind Turtle Rock, in PA 27.
6. Also in Crystal Cove, PA's 3B1(A-C)--79 homes, and 3BIE2(A-C)--62 homes, will be developed sometime in 2002.
